BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Christine Rice
Chair
Christine Rice, the board chair of NOSH Delivers!, is currently the Executive Director of the Glen Cove Senior Center. Rice received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Catholic University of America in Washington, DC and her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Adelphi University in Garden City, NY. In 1997, upon her mother’s diagnosis of early onset Alzheimer’s Disease, Rice became her primary caregiver. After caring for both her parents until her mother’s passing in 2006 and her father’s passing in 2013, Rice accepted the position as Director of Special Events and Community Outreach for the Long Island Alzheimer’s and Dementia Center. Connecting with the community and raising funds for the organization was an extremely rewarding experience and one that led to the position of Executive Director of the Glen Cove Senior Center in 2019. Rice’s involvement with NOSH Delivers Inc., a not for profit that works to create a hunger-free, thriving community began with the onset of COVID in 2020. Rice was born and raised in Garden City, NY with her nine siblings and still resides there. Rice has two children, Mary who resides in Garden City with her husband, and William.
Matthew Catapano
Vice Chair
Matt Catapano is a palliative care therapist at NYU Langone Hospital on Long Island. He holds a Master’s Degree from Fordham Graduate School of Social Service. Previously, Matt was a field officer with Doctors Without Borders, managing hospitals across Africa and South Asia. He is a graduate of the University of Vermont.
Peter Hayes
Treasurer
Peter Hayes is a retired financial professional with over 40 years of experience. Over that period, he earned a CPA, an MBA in Finance and other professional credentials while working at a variety of organizations including Deloitte, Avis, Hertz, a multinational conglomerate, JP Morgan Chase and PwC. Pete has volunteered at the NSSK prior to the pandemic and took the Nassau County Department of Health's Food Handling course to qualify to work in the NSSK kitchen as a backup cook.
Pete and his wife Deirdre volunteered as a driver/delivery team for NOSH. Pete grew up in Queens and has lived in Sea Cliff for over 30 years. He served eight years as a Sea Cliff Village Trustee and remains active on Village committees. Pete has been a board member of Habitat for Humanity since 2009 and has been a NOSH board member since April 2021.
Claudine Baldwin
Secretary
Claudine Baldwin joined the Nosh Delivers! board in 2023. She is a first-generation American who grew up in Locust Valley with her parents who emigrated to the US from France. Claudine moved back to Locust Valley in 2010 after living in Boston and Brooklyn and lives here with her husband, Blake and daughter, Emilie. Claudine is a graphic designer and uses her background in fundraising to create collateral for non-profits, educational institutions and financial services firms. She previously worked in independent school advancement on annual fund and major gift campaigns and assisted non-profits with fundraising and marketing efforts. Claudine has been volunteering with NOSH since its founding and believes in its mission to feed families with dignity.
Maureen Angliss
Board Member
Maureen Angliss has been a volunteer at NOSH since 2020. She strongly believes in the NOSH mission of feeding families with dignity.
A resident of Sea Cliff, Maureen was elected to the NOSH Board in December of 2025. For sixteen years, she held Development and Leadership roles at SCO Family of Services, one of New York’s largest child and family service organizations. At SCO, Maureen organized and ran major fundraising events and researched grant opportunities and prepared proposals to foundations, corporations and government entities. Under her leadership, SCO increased their grant support to $4 million.
In addition to her Development work at SCO, Maureen assisted in the design and funding of the agency’s early childhood and educational programs. This work led to leadership responsibility for the agency’s community-based educational programs.
Following SCO, Maureen undertook the role of Director of Institutional Advancement at Help for Children, a foundation supported by the hedge fund and private equity markets. From 1994 – 2001, Maureen was a member of the School Board for the North School Central District.
Cormac Brady
Cormac Brady is an Irishman by birth, an American by choice, he moved to the USA in 1998 and has been a technology executive in the information services industry for 25 years. Cormac and his wife Danielle moved to Sea Cliff village to raise their family and have been active members in our local community supporting the kids of Glen Cove in CYO Track & Field for 10 years and in recent years volunteering at NOSH.
Katie Cline
After 15+ years living in Manhattan and working in healthcare public relations for consumer brands like Bayer Aspirin and healthcare-focused non-profits, Katie now lives in Sea Cliff with her husband, an attorney, and their four kids. Along with her parents Mark and Kathie, who are also Sea Cliff residents, Katie and her kids are regular volunteers at NOSH, delivering food, managing food drives and helping with the KFIP youth program. She believes that many hands make light work, and looks forward to bringing more volunteers to NOSH to help further the organization's mission to help feed our neighbors in need.
Donna Galgano
Donna has been a nurse practitioner for 20 years in surgical oncology. She has her Master's Degree in Community Health Education/Nursing Informatics. Donna brings 10 years of experience in food pantry development and management. She was the founder and past president of People Loving People.
Yogi Patel
Yogi Patel is Managing Partner at Outside Legal Counsel LLP. He serves as outside general counsel to a broad spectrum of privately held businesses and entrepreneurs, advising them on matters related to commercial transactions, audits and compliance, partnerships and joint ventures, labor and employment law, as well as both affirmative and defensive commercial litigation. Yogi also works with individual executives and professionals on employment contracts and severance negotiations. He primarily represents executives in the technology, finance, and medical fields, counseling them on employment contract review, equity grant review, and separation agreement negotiations. Yogi also represents both employees and employers in litigations related to enforcement or defense of restrictive covenants (non-competition, non-solicitation, non-disclosure clauses). Additionally, beginning in 2016 Yogi served (and continues to serve from time-to-time), as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the City University of New York (CUNY) School of Law, where he teaches a course on commercial law (UCC) and secured transactions.
Catherine Schwarz
Catherine Schwarz is a lawyer, who began her career practicing antitrust law for a large law firm and then transitioned to working as a freelance attorney for Montage Legal Group. Since moving to Long Island 15 years ago with her family of 5, she has really enjoyed getting to know the community through various volunteer positions-the most recent being NOSH Delivers, Inc. (“NOSH”). Catherine started volunteering for NOSH in 2021 and quickly valued the key role that it serves in helping so many families. She really looks forward to helping NOSH reach all those who are in need.
Renee Swanson
Renee Swanson, who lives in Sea Cliff, worked as a development professional for forty-four years until her retirement in 2014. For twenty-four of those years, she headed the development department at SCO Family of Services, one of New York’s largest child and family service organizations. In 2014, her commitment to helping families with dignity and respect led her to volunteer for the North Shore Soup Kitchen and eventually join their Board of Directors. Then, with the onset of the pandemic and the temporary closing of the soup kitchen, she became a driver for NOSH and found the place where she knew she could make a difference for so many in our community.

Margaret Myhan
Executive Director
Margaret Myhan has held many leadership roles in the not-for-profit and corporate sectors. Most recently, Margaret, a resident of Garden City, was president/CEO of Our Lady of Mercy Academy in Syosset. Prior to that, she held executive positions at several prestigious New York City companies, including Rockefeller Group Business Centers (general manager), OgilvyOne (senior partner), Rapp Collins Worldwide (vice president) and Grey Direct Marketing (vice president). She holds a BA from Molloy University and an MBA from Adelphi University and has worked with various charitable and not-for -profit organizations. In her words, “her professional and personal life has been enriched by the values and life priorities that were instilled through these diversified outreach opportunities. Because of that, she is passionate to foster NOSH’s vision for a hunger-free, thriving community and to uphold their values of respect, dignity, compassion and community.”
Linda Eastman
Director of Operations
Linda Eastman, MSW, Director of Operations has been with NOSH since just after its inception. When Linda is not working with the NOSH team, she is working at her business of Hired Helper senior services, assisting seniors with independence and life management. Prior to NOSH and Hired Helper, Linda worked in management in the fields of foster care and higher education. Linda brings a passion for helping others, project management, education and team and community building to NOSH.
Courtney Callahan
Director of NOSH Youth and Community Engagement
Courtney Callahan is the founder of NOSH and has long been active in focusing on Food Dignity in her Community through relationships. Courtney runs all our youth volunteer programs as well as service days and our other community events. She met The Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. in her hometown of Atlanta when she was 4 and a half years old and that meeting set her on the road to do whatever she could to help end poverty and hunger for all.
